This privacy policy describes how Fantasma Gmail Access uses information obtained through the Google Gmail API.

Information accessed

The application uses read-only Gmail access for a specifically authorised Fantasma reporting mailbox.

It may access email metadata, message content and email attachments where required to identify and process reporting emails.

How information is used

Gmail data is used solely to identify reporting emails, retrieve relevant attachments and import reporting data into Fantasma's internal reporting systems.

Gmail data is not used for advertising, profiling or marketing purposes.

Data sharing

Gmail data accessed by this integration is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Data storage

Reporting data extracted from authorised email attachments may be stored within Fantasma's Google Cloud and BigQuery environment for internal reporting and analytics.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Fantasma Gmail Access's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
